- Goods once sold cannot be taken back or exchanged.
- Mode of despatch: Through courier or registered post depending on the service available at the delivery location.
- Despatch: In 4 to 5 days from the date of receipt of payment subject to availability.
- Payment: 100% advance through payment link or bank transfer.
- Transit: Packing is done with utmost care; hence transit damages, pilferage, etc. at consignee’s risk.
- Insurance: No insurance coverage from our end.
- Cancellation and refund: Order cancellation is possible for orders that are not shipped. The amount will be refunded to the original source, after deducting applicable charges. For orders where the products are specially customised for a customer, cancellation and refund is not possible.
